"I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased we are that we decided to have Jean Marie take over the wedding plans of our daughter, Tara, to Scott. We were going to put in a new kitchen until Tara came to us and said that she wanted to get married. Well, our kitchen walked down the aisle on the most gorgeous weekend of the season.
I like to entertain and have done so for many years, but I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to leave all the plans to a very competent person such as Jean Marie. I worked with her, your executive chef, and one of the most talented floral designers I have ever seen—Ruby. What a treasure she is. I look at the pictures and marvel at the beauty of her arrangements.
We had the most elegant and sumptuous cocktail hour. Our friends and family still marvel at the food and service. Of course, we have been going to the Harraseeket for years for dinner in the Maine Dining Room and lunch in the Broad Arrow Tavern, so we knew how good the food was. Sitting down with the chef and going over the menu was a real treat for me. He was very accommodating and patient, and it was just a part of the fun that we were able to have because of your staff.
The part I liked the most is the good time I had at my own daughter's wedding. I didn't have to worry about a thing!”

- Menu of your design. Our chef will assist you in your choice of dinner service: buffet, formal sit-down, or floating cocktail reception.
- Hors d'oeuvres preceeding dinner, including passed and displayed, hot and cold.
- Bridal Suite, including champagne, flowers, whirlpool tub, fireplace, and a full buffet breakfast the following morning.
- Non-alcoholic fruit punch.
