This is a photo of me and photographer Katie Baker at my wedding. Aren't we cute? Hiring Kate Baker Photography to bring their photobooth setup to my wedding was one of the best decisions I made. Not only was it fun for me, it was fun for my guests. And I have a whole bunch of amazing photos to boot.
Photobooths are a trend that's hard to ignore. When I first met Katie at the 2010 Portland Bridal Show, I had already hired a photographer for my big day. Flipping through her albums, I quickly became a fan of her photobooth photos and asked if I could hire her for a few hours during my reception. She was affordable, fun, and turned out to be a really great hugger.
Here are some of my favorite photos from my wedding night. Katie brings really fun props to use, too, including funny glasses, hats, gloves, moustaches, and these great chalkboard word bubbles. Check to see if your wedding photographer has a photobooth set up. If not, there are plenty of other photographers out there who do. Thanks again, Katie, for making my wedding day such a fantastically fun event!
